Abe’s Landing

Abe’s Landing is located on the eastern shore of Lake Granbury and gets its name from days gone by when a ferry boat operated on the Brazos River at this site. Real estate options in this exceptional master-planned community include a selection of luxurious lakefront properties with private boat docks, making this neighborhood irresistible to discerning buyers looking for an idyllic waterfront retreat.

Interior properties at Abe’s Landing typically have lower price tags, providing opportunities for more buyers to own prime real estate in this gated neighborhood. Condominiums with boat docks are also available.

Abe’s Landing is located off Weatherford Highway (Highway 51), just 3 minutes north of downtown Granbury’s historic courthouse and square. Its ideal location is made even more exceptional by waterfront views and a verdant landscape shaded by century-old live oak and native pecan trees. Most of the waterfront properties have hilltop homesites providing panoramic views across Lake Granbury.

Residents here enjoy access to a community center with a swimming pool, roomy cabana, wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, restrooms, and ample seating areas. A children’s playground is also adjacent to the community center.

An affordable annual property owner’s fee covers maintenance of all common landscaping areas and the community center.
